ALL PILOTS MUST BE PRESENT AT THE SAFETY BRIEFING ON
July 30th - 20:00 (8.00pm) sign-in for 20:15 (8:15pm) start.

NO REGISTRATIONS AND NO GPS UPLOADING WILL BE ALLOWED ON 31ST JULY 2010.

NO EXCEPTION FOR ANYONE!

We would like to remind all pilots taking part in the competition to note all the documents required on the local regulations page and to be prepared to present them at the moment ot registration.

cucco2011 Organization is proud to announce that a free SIM card for mobile telephone will be given to each pilot during registration day at the headquarter in Sigillo.

All SIM card are pre-paid cards with 5 Euro traffic included for local and international calls.
The new SIM card number will be assigned to the pilot and will be activated in 24 hours time.
The operator is the Italian TIM.

REFUND POLICY:
In the event of a paid pilot withdrawing from the competition before 1 June, 2010, and who cannot be replaced by a qualified pilot, a minimum refund of 200 euros will be offered. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund except at the organiser's discretion.
